The Vollara scored exemplary in our air testing, it’s plug and play, and we like it’s simple speaker-like design. Because it’s so effective at really cleaning the air it made our top ten. It’s simplicity is double-sided however: it has no remote and the air simply passes through in one direction instead of the 360 degrees other purifiers use that we prefer.

Conclusion:

We enjoy the small footprint of the Vollara, it complemented our environments well; we feel good breathing in the air in a room with our Vollara and it’s great to trust the readings and know it really is doing it’s job. We did wish we could control it without having to get up and manually change it’s strength, so when we see other purifiers on our list that have more features and clean just as well, if not better, we’re confused at the price tag on the Vollara.
